Hi,
I have a classic project and i have created 5 scrum boards under it.
Is it possible to assign separate people in each board so that they have access only to those boards within the same project?
Regards,
Arpita
Boards do not directly belong to projects, and hence their permissions and config are separate.
So, yes, you can configure a set of boards so that some people can see some of them and other people see a different set. Look at the board configs for the permissions as to who they are shared with and who can see them.
Thank you @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- for the quick response. Where can i find the board config? is it same as board settings?
Choose Board
Board Settings --> General --> Edit Filter Shares --> choose as below
1. GROUP: Create Groups for 5 different board members ( one option)
OR
2. Project Roles: Add these 5 different board users into 5 different roles (Second Option)
Hi @KAGITHALA BABU ANVESH thank you for your reply.
Is there a way where i can select names of the users and assign them to the boards?
