How to export a template such as "Product Launch"? Cannot find any download or export button
The templates are not exportable. Best you can do is edit one, and select, copy and paste the content into the target system's empty template. You'll need to do some tidying up and possibly localisation.

If I create a template in a free personal account, do you think I will be able to copy/paste the content in a separate premium account? I'm working on the design of the future structure of the platform for this premium acount, but I will have access to it later.

Yes, it won't matter much if the source Confluence is different to the target.
