Can I inject data from an online form in to a table?

Question

Hi all, My team and I have a table of users (name, email, ID, etc....) with 30+ entries, currently we add new entries manually, is there any way to build an online form that we can send to new users and ask them to enter all relevant data and submited the data to the table?
add new rows automaticlly if needed and with out permissions for users to access this table?
only my team and I can access this table and manage this  CRUD table?

There is a lot of possibilities on how to show the data later and how to secure it.
