We have jira on demand but because of the repositories we use we host out own crucible.
how can I connect the 2 ? It does not seerm to be possible

Unfortunately, this setup is not currently possible. OnDemand was designed to be an all-inclusive suite so there are limitations on how it can connect to applications outside of the suite.
