@Murthy Dusanapudi as @Zoryana Bohutska _SaaSJet_ has mentioned there is no out of the box solution available for the migration. You have to use the JIRA's CSV import for the data migration and for test relates data you can use the excel and have the same imported using any Zephyr like plugin in JIRA. I would not be surprised if you hit roadblocks for the migration as there is no thumb rule for the migration that is 100% accurate.
