Gadget to include graph into powerpoint

I want to embed a graph from jira into powerpoint. I know I can snapshot one and cut & paste. But I want a live connection like the ones that connect between powerpoint and excel. For example, when the data on Jira changes it should reflect on powerpoint chart. 

Is that possible?

No that is not possible. You can however consider connecting Jira Cloud with Microsoft PowerBI or consider an Atlassian addon app that might offer a solution. Finally consider using Confluence as it is designed to integrate with Jira.
