Install apps not working

Question

Hi there,

I've downloaded the Jira Server to perform a migration. I have installed and imported a backup from the cloud.

I'm now trying to install apps on it (Jira Cloud Migration Assistant) but unfortunately I don't get the option to install neither clicking the app found in in the 'Find new apps' neither with a option that was supposed to show to upload the Jar file.
When clicking in the App only give me the option to 'Request' even though I'm an admin. I've tried to add another administrator and still no luck. I can't find anywhere an option to "approve" or install from that request.
I've also added the admin to jira-addons group and jira-addons-install just in case. Here are some screenshots to show.

The Jira version is 8.13.1

Unsure TBH. I haven’t run into this but haven’t tried this specific app. Recommend contacting Atlassian Support directly.

Hi Jack,

As I mentioned there, I've downloaded from the market place the Jar file, however I can't find how to install it.

Looking at their documentation, it was supposed to have an option to upload the file, but that is not there either.

Did you try to go to the Marketplace and download from there and then install?
