Link to Outlook

Question

I'm having issues linking Jira to Outlook using Outlook Email for Jira. I can see the application on Jira and Outlook, but I am having problems with the linking. I did the Application Link step as well (see image below).

When I enter my URL, the system spins for about 3 minutes and then goes away.

From your screenshots, it seems like you're using Jira Cloud. If that's so, I'd suggest trying Jira Cloud for Outlook which is an Outlook add-n developed by Atlassian.
