Issue with automation scripts

Question

Hi Team,

I am running an automation script to create a default subtask for each new issue created with issue type = Story.

This I have made as a global ruleset ( enabled for 4 projects) but I get either of the below errors in 3 projects

1. The following issues did not match the condition

2. Could not find create meta data for project/typeId

Could you please help resolve the same immediately.

I created this in my test instance and it's working.  Do you have any required fields that are not being filled out?  Any validators in the sub-task workflow that would prevent this automation from working?
