Structure for JIRA - Group generator

In JIRA I created some custom fields. One of them is "Customer" field.

When I try to use a "group" generator in Structure for JIRA, this field is missing.

Other custom fields are available, but not this one (which is a free text field)

Anyone knows why?

Hello Andrea,

David from ALM Works here! 

When you go to add your Group Generator, please try using "Text Attribute".  It can be found toward the bottom of the list of fields you can group by.

In the new window that appears, you should be able to select your "Customer" custom field in the Group By drop down list.
