Plugin Manager Installation Error

Hello,

We installed an app, it didn't open, they said that the Universal Plugin Manager plug-in should be installed. When we install the Universal Plugin Manager Plugin, we encounter such an error. What is the reason for this error? How do we fix this error?

This is not an error I would expect you to see on a Cloud system, especially as you can't install or update the UPM there.

Please could you tell us if you really are on Cloud or not?

I thought I chose a server. Cloud selected. Sorry for this mistake. I can fix it as an error we encountered in the server.
