Fetch data from zephyr to confluence?

Hi All

First time posting a question in here, so be gentle

Is it possible to fetch test execution data automatically from Zephyr, and post it to a Confluence page? As for now we are doing it manually, but there has to be a smarter way to do this?

I have done a lot of googe'in, but did not find the answer, so I wanted to try in here, as it should not be an imposible task

If we wanted to procure Zephyr plugin for JIRA, please guide us steps on how to procure and quote for the same.(Currently we have JIRA subscription for 200 users).
