Can not connect Jira Cloud to Microsoft Teams

Hi!

I have connected to a free version of Jira Cloud for evaluation purposes and are trying to connect the instance to Microsoft Teams but are not able to connect. I´ll get the error:

Please check if https://abigo.atlassian.net is valid URL and you have latest version of Microsoft Teams for Jira Cloud installed.

I am admin at the Jira instance, the URL works if copied into a browser. I have the latest version of Microsoft Teams.

I have also checked out organizations settings for 3 party apps an they are allowed.

Any help would be appreciated.

In order to further troubleshoot your issue, please provide us with the information below:

1. In which step of the integration the error happen exactly? can you please send us a screenshot with the full error description?
2. Can you confirm if further information is returned in the development tools of your browser when reproducing the error?
3. Are you using the Teams Desktop version? If yes, there are some known bugs that might be causing your issue. If that's the case, please try to use the Web version of Microsft teams and check if it works for you. For more details, check the bugs below:
