For our JIRA cloud account, the current Organization Administrator is leaving the company by the middle of November.
I would like to know the process to make other person Organization Administrator.

In order to be able to remove or deactivate these users you should first revoke their access.

Ok on the administrator page.I changed the primary administrator with your procedure : my boss is technical and billing admin.
But how do I change this information on the page : Administrator > [Company Name] > [Company Name] ?
I'm always the "organization & site administrator" and my boss is just "site administrator"
