Unable to change Test case status. Option at the top is greyed out. Need support.
That looks like the status colour is grey, not that the button is greyed out. What happens when you click it?
Nothing actually happens when I click on it.
Other than some bug I can't repeat or work out how to get to, the only thing I can think of is that the workflow has a loop back to the current status - when you click, it is transitioning back to the same status, so nothing appears to happen.
Could you check the issue history to see if this is the case?
