How do I find JIRA administrator?

I need some features that requires admin rights. But I do not know the admin. How do I find and contact admin?

it can be worth a try to open the "Contact Administrators" form if configured for your site:

https://examplesitexyz.atlassian.net/secure/ContactAdministrators!default.jspa

Please replace the example site name with your own.

In case if it is not configured - do not worry. A message will tell you.
Like Angélica described, contacting your IT department would also be an option.

The best way to check who are the administrators of your site is by checking internally in your company. Here in Community and also on our private support, we don't share this type of information.

The site administrator is usually the same person that also pays for Jira (main billing contact), so one of the options is to talk to the finance department.

Also, you can check with the IT manager or department because probably they are the ones who add new employees to Jira, so they have access to this type of information.
