BigPicture new/old view

Can we please get the old view back in Bigpicture? Option disappeared and the new view is gigantic... I have a 2k monitor and with the new view there fits even less than with the old view on an HD monitor. Even in compact view. Moreover the width adjustment tool is a disaster...

Not a happy customer at the moment.

I don't think it's possible anymore to switch back to the old view, however you can always reach out to the vendor to tell them about your feedback : https://softwareplant.com/jira/servicedesk/customer/portal/1

As I mentioned in my previous message, the previous version restore is possible only with the Jira Server instance. For clients who are based on the Jira Cloud version, updates are done automatically, and there is no possibility of getting back to the previous version. Please confirm do your instance in on the Jira Cloud?
