How to Attach the Attachment using Attachment/File data using JIRA REST API

Hi,

I am doing integration between Salesforce and JIRA. I am getting the Attachments data from Salesforce ( file name, file type, content). I am not sure how to attach the attachment using the attachments data using REST API ( NOT with the CURL process). Any programming language is fine, I just want to how JIRA Accepting the files except thru REST API, not with the CURL process.

Thanks for your quick reply. The given URL has only a CURL attachment example and different programming language responses after the attachment. I am looking for an attachment example (not CURL).
