How would you differentiate a Team vs a Project? We are a small company with shared resources

Would it make more sense to create a single Team with all our employees and add them to every project? Or to create separate teams for each project?

in order to report on planned time from others you will also need the Tempo Planner add-on.

Looking at Planned vs Actual, is it true that I need to have both Tempo Planner and Tempo Timesheets to enable that report?

I was hoping I could use the time logged in the Jira projects as the actuals...

Probably not. Not everyone in your organisation will be working on all the projects.

* Each project can have a Project Lead and that person can manage their own team by adding people to different project roles
* Project roles developer, tester, etc are like teams
* What these project roles can do in the project is defined by the permission scheme of the project
