How to change the CSV Delimiter

Hello,

In France we use CSV with semi column delimiter. In Jira, when we use "Export Excel CSV (current fields)" the CSV file generated is a CSV with coma delimiter. 

Is there a setting to change the default delimiter?

PS : we are using JIRA Cloud

Once you start import csv , click on Advance to expand it. There is an option to change the delimiter.
