Using "git@domain:repository.git" url format in DevInfo makes Jira Automation to ignore commit event

Using "git@example.com:repository.git" url format (also empty url) in "Repository" and "Commit" data sections while sending DevInfo (POST /rest/devinfo/0.10/bulk) makes Jira Automation to ignore commit events.

It is ok only for nonempty "https://example.com/repository.git" url formats.
