When viewing the Audit Log in Confluence the Author for all user created actions is set to System even though a specific user had created the user. Why might this be happening?

Hello Mike, how are you? I hope all is well, I wanted to ask you if you had any answer about this issue, we are with something similar, in the audit log report it appears sometimes that a change was developed by a JIRA user, which does not exist .
