Vertical Scrollbar is missing when viewing a JIRA ticket using JQL query / filter

Hi team,

We are currently facing an issue where vertical scroll bar is missing when we navigate to a JIRA ticket through JQL query / filter. We are unable to manually scroll down using keyboard as well.

As a workaround, we are opening the ticket in a new tab / window to view full details.

we have team members reporting this issue as well.  sometimes multiple browser restarts has also fixed this for us
