Confluence Cloud spaces can be assigned to member (by default) by the Confluence administrator. It would be best to contact them. You can check for other group settings in your profile.
You need to talk to your space admins.
There is a reason you are included as someone with an interest in this space. If that has changed, your admins need to deal with it.
