I'm trying to make a dashboard for my team but it doesn't show in the "board" dropdown. Why is this? Is there a change needed in the board configuration or in my permissions?

Are you a board administrator? Or a project administrator for that Project?
Project leader and project administrator rights.
Add yourself as a board administrator and see if it comes up.
