Disable user in AD, will disable it in Jira as well without affecting other users?

If I have Jira and Active Directory integrated and I disable a user from AD, will the user be disable in Jira as well without affecting other users in Jira?

Context: I want to integrate Jira with Active Directory so when I create new users in AD or disable them from AD these changes will replicate in Jira.

Yes, the changes will be synced with Jira, so if you disable the user in the AD, it will be disabled in Jira also.
