in Standard you won't get "Advanced roadmaps" but you can enable "Roadmap (beta)" under the specific board > board settings. If you are on Premium then it as John mentions.

Hi @Parminder Rai ,

You have to have a Premium Subscription account to Jira.

If you have that, then you can click on the Plans menu option in the new top navigation bar.
