Custom working day is showing wrong working day count

Question

When I'm editing Sprint working days using duration Custom option. Say for example

When I selected the date duration 30th Sep to 13th Oct it is showing 9 days instead of 10 days. Not sure why JIRA is predicting like this. Need a help.

The only thing I can think is that there's a rogue holiday showing somewhere in a calendar.

What happens if you select 8 or 9am for thee start time?
