Move a Project from Jira Cloud to Self Managed server

Hi,

We want to move a Jira project from cloud to a Self Managed server. We are fine to move all configurations from original project. Does atlassian have a means to perform this activity via an export and import with having to perform a data migration.

Any help will be appreciated.
