Some admins can't add new projects

Question

There is no new project button appearing when they try to add a new project. Users currently affected are:

sally.davies@standardbank.com

harpreet.ghai@standardbank.com

An admin needs access to all applications in order to be able to add a project in OnDemand. Please access the Application Access page:

https://<domain name>.atlassian.net/secure/admin/user/ApplicationAccessConfig!default.jspa  and grant them access to all applications.
