How do I change a team to NOT be open

I've created a Team in Jira for our executive team. When I go to that team, I see that it is listed as "Open". When I hover over the "Open" text, it says "all teams are currently open, which means anyone from your company can join". How can I change this for this team?

go to Project settings > access and change access.

That is for the Project, I'm talking about the Team.

Here is a screenshot of our current Project level setting and the thing I'm seeing on the Team that concerns me.:

looks like no one has resolved this. Would be great to make a Team CLOSED (meaning no one can join without approval)

Same. I would like Team leaders to be able to add and remove people as needed

This is bugging me too, and because of it I'm not going to use Jira. Open teams that can be searched by default? Sounds like a big security risk.
