Not able to hide Zendesk and other integration from JIRA view screen

Question

We have zendesk and other such integrations in our JIRA space. In `Screen Configuration` and `Issue Layout` these fields are not selected, still these are shown in view screen.

We  still want to keep using those plugins, but don't want to see in view screen, at least for projects who don't use it. Is there any setting to hide this from view?

Hi folks,

We also experience this kind of need on our instance as we also installed ZenDesk connector on our Jira Cloud. As I reached to support, there is an ongoing feature suggestion created for all 3rd party apps, not just for ZenDesk. Here's the link to that feature suggestion:

Note that the Hide UI Elements script only works on Jira Server/Data Center, not Cloud
