What is the best gadget to track Defect Removal Efficiency /Defect Gap Analysis?

I searched for similar cases, add-ons, and feature requests, but didn't find much that could help us, so I'm afraid to say that currently there is no option for that.
There are no built-in gadgets in Jira and I didn't find add-ons that mention Defect Removal and Defect Gap.
