Hi there,

I am a Korean user using jira software.
When I try to enter my site through chrome, the <Something's gone wrong> page appears.
The update status is also good, but why is this?
And I try to download jira software, I am not getting it because of an error. Get help

This will usually be down to network errors between you and the Cloud server your site is on. We can't tell you why this happens without more information.

Could you explain what the errors are when you try to download jira software? Again, we're a bit stuck without an actual error message, or the details behind it.

When I click to open Zira exe, which I downloaded, the message "something's wrong" appears.

Just as @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- mentioned, we need more details to properly troubleshoot your issue.

The first information that we must know is which platform you are using (Jira Cloud or Server). I see that you've flagged this question as Jira Cloud, however, you mentioned that you've downloaded Jira, so I am not sure if you are meaning the Jira Cloud app or if you have actually downloaded Jira Server. Can you please confirm this information?

Usually, Jira Cloud has a domain like "xxxxx.atlassian.net", while Jira server domains use a different structure.

Once you confirm the details above, Do the following steps:

For Jira Server (Hosted in your own server):

Check your Atlassian-Jira.log for further details about the error, as explained in the documentation below:

Logging and profiling

For Jira Cloud (Hosted on Atlassian Servers):

When reproducing the error, check if more details are displayed on the Development tools of your browser, by clicking with the right button anywhere in the page > Inspect > Checking the console tab:

Additionally to the information above, can you please confirm if there are any actions that triggered the error message "Somethin's gone wrong"? Or is it occurring right after you logged in?
