Can't see projects or tickets

Question

I can see Jira tickets and projects for my own company but I can't see any Jira tickets or projects for another company that have given me access to their JIRA.  When I go into their site it looks like I'm not logged on even though I have but my log on and password in.  When I click on the sign in icon on the right side, I get an error message

Hi Merrilyn - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

It looks to me like they haven't given you full access. Either to one or more products (Jira Software or Jira Core) or they haven't given you access to any Projects (you are not in any of the Project Roles on any of the projects that have Browse Project permissions).

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

I can see that, on the site from the screenshot, you were added to Confluence only and you don't have a license and permission in Jira, that's why you are facing this issue.

Please, reach out to the administrator from the other company and ask them to add you to Jira groups for you to be able to see the tickets.

For now, you should be able to only access xxxxxx.atlassian.net/wiki that it's the direct link to Confluence.
