Hi , while extracting the data name of assignee is not visible although I have assigned the ticket to my team member still is not visible

from your description you might be running into the following bug.
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-72088

As the status of the bug is "waiting for release" it should not take very long until it is fixed.

Please kindly check afterwards if it was addressing your issue - specifically if the assignee is exported correctly then.

What do you mean by "extracting the data"? Is this an export from the Issue Navigator?

Yes, while exporting the data in excel the name of assignee is not coming as I attached a snap of that also
