I'm getting this error while saving diagram:

You're not allowed to view that page, or it does not exist.

Вы правы. Сначала надо сохранить страницу, а уже потом добавлять диаграмму. В создаваемую страницу нельзя добавить диаграмму.

this page was deleted
user do not have permission to view this page
