Some custom fields are not visible in new Jira view

Question

I have created below mentioned 3 custom field for my reporting purposes. Out of the 3 fields shown in the image, only Date of First Response is visible in the new Jira view. Other 2 are not visible even when the field configuration scheme, screen and context all are set exactly the same in all 3. Are the other 2 fields only available in old issue view? Or am I missing something here?

The config is all correct as the other field which does appear on the issue view. There is a known issue about that: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-74967.

The workaround is to use old view. That is not going to serve my purpose. I was thinking to use those field in Jira Automation but those are not available in there too.

hi @Swagat two thougths came to my mind

* field is hidden via Field Configuration (https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/changing-a-field-configuration-844500798.html)
* you are using next gen project and fields are hidden in field layout configuration (https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/configure-field-layout-in-the-issue-view/)
