Estimados, creé un proyecto mal, que borré y ahor quiero crear el mismo proyecto, o sea mismo nombre. Pero me dice que ya existe, ¿Qué puedo hacer?

On Jira Cloud it's possible to use the same name for a project, but only when it's completely deleted from the site.
Reading the details you provided, I believe that the project was just moved to the trash and not deleted.
For the following steps you need to have administrator access on the site:
Click on Cog Icon > Projects > Trash > Click on … > Delete permanently.
After that, you should be able to create a new project using the same name.
