Custom Field select list

Hello everyone!
I have XLS file with 200+ needed names of customers. And use Jira Software Cloud

1.How to make a custom field, that will include that names of customers? Cascade with multiple groups? Labels? But labels are not fully correct in this situations, because depend on the space bar (1 word make 1 label). How to finish off a situation if, for example, the customer name will not be available and you need to enter it manually

2.Can i import these names from XLS or CSV or any other file type into a custom field? Or paste them once?

Hello @Petr AST cascading select would be useful if you have them categorized by something that might help to reduce the list of options displayed and you will pick only one per ticket, else you might consider a multi select or single select field.

Regarding adding the options, I believe you have to manually do it. Last time I checked adding options via API wasn't supported and there is no options import available either.
