Hi, I have created a page on Confluence, and granted "can edit" right to my colleague; but she can't see the Edit button when she visit the page.

Your colleague may not have creation/edit permissions in this space, can you please check the space permissions? See this page: Assign space permissions (note that you need to be a space admin to access the space settings).
