How to increase the number of items in the Reporter Field drop down menu

Rose Sayegh

At the moment , when trying to select a reporter from the drop down menu, only 50 options appear.

The whole point of a drop down list is that you don't need to remember the name of the person you want to add, and instead just look for the name in the list.

Is there a way to expand the list to show all names?

Thanks

You cannot increase the depth. You need to type a few characters to zero in on a name range.
