Need a Subquery to fetch all the details of all subtasks (test case writing)and the table details under each subtask

A JQL query will not show data, it will just display a result of issues. You use the JQL to filter out a specific issue so in this case you might want to have a sub query that makes it list the ET-115 issue. Once you have that you need to specify what you are going to do with that, are you using it in a filter, dashboard or something?
If you are trying to get the comment section into the sub-task list then that will not work, in general it is getting the comment section to list well in anything other than the issue it self is not something i would recommend. If you need to that step by step list i would recommend using a custom field instead.
