Well, every project should have a permission scheme attached to it. Yours probably already does.
This looks like you have gone to the generic list of Permissions Schemes. The message is not an error or warning - it's just giving you the ability to create a new Permission Scheme if you want to.
No John.. I would like to create a new scheme without copying existing one.. In that case it should allow me right ?
