complete list of bug statuses in Jira

I would like to know the list of all available statuses in the Jira, so that we can pick the related ones and configure in our project. 

Can some one help me knowing the location. 

Note: I have development access to my project in Jira, but not Admin access.

Are you looking for all available status for Bugs within your project?

Without Project Admin or Jira Admin, your options are limited to:

• List: Go to a Bug's issue page, and click the status to see available statuses you can transition the Bug to next
• View Workflow: If you have the correct project permission, you might be able to view the workflow. On the Bug's issue page, either click on the status and press "view workflow" in the drop-down (new view) or just select "View Workflow" under the status (classic view)

If by development area you mean Project Admin - you could:

1. Go to Project Settings > Workflows
2. Select the "diagram" hyperlink next to the workflow associated with Bugs
3. View all possible workflow statuses

If you're looking for what statuses are available across your whole instance you'll need Jira Admin access. Admins can view a list of global statuses and create new ones - so technically any status is possible.

You can modify a workflow or create new statuses without Jira Admin depending on the circumstance:

• Extended Permissions: A Project Admin can add/remove statuses and transitions from a workflow with this set of project permissions, as long as the workflow is not shared with any other project. They cannot create new statuses, but will see a list of all possible created statuses they could use.
• Simplified Workflow: If your workflow is simplified, then as a Board/Project Admin you can reorder statuses on the board, remove statuses and create new ones during column creation without needing a Jira Admin.
