Jira - Oops something went wrong error

Every time I refresh my Jira screen I'm getting the below error message but the page still loads. I cleared my history, cookies, and cache and it's still happening. I'm still functional but it's annoying and has been happening for a couple of weeks. How can I clear this?

Hello @Leslie , if this is happening often you need to reach out to the Atlassian Support team, they will fix this for you. Since you are on cloud only Atlassian can look at the logs and figure out what's causing that error. Please provide the below information to when you open ticket with Atlassian, so that it will help them investigate easily :

- how often do you see this
- is anyone else seeing this error
- on which screen do you see this error
- do you have any extensions on your browser
- did you see this on different browser
