Can you create two scrum boards within 1 project (that share a backlog)?

I have two distinct teams that share a backlog. Can I have the teams working on 2 different scrum boards under the same project and backlog?

you can run parallel sprints which will use the single backlog.

Thanks, is there a way to do this at the board level so I can see velocity per team?
