Epics map suddenly stopped working

Tried Epics map app , which was working fine. But suddenly not working. What could be the reason? Any suggestions.

It'll be difficult to advise without some more information.

It might be best though as its app-specific to contact the vendor - you can submit a support request to them via their support page in the Marketplace.
