Backup Jira from cloud

We had managed to make backups from our cloud instance some time ago.

With this script from https://bitbucket.org/atlassianlabs/automatic-cloud-backup/src/master/Jira-backup.sh we now get no more results.

After about 5 cycle in the for loop the following string is returned to the script:

PROGRESS_JSON='{"status":"Failed","description":"Cloud Export task","message":"Exporting JIRA data","result":"[\"Export failed (Completed pre-export checks)\"]","progress":4,"exportType":"CLOUD"}'

The termination process is not triggered by "status":"Failed" but through a FILENAME gotten from the result part. This part reads "[\".

Something has changed, I think.

Identified - We are currently experiencing issues where customers are unable to run a site backup. We have identified the issue are in the process of rolling out the fix.
