Hello Team,
I need to set a automation rule with a condition that if comment body contains reporter name, the automation rule should trigger a tast.
Right now i am able to achieve this to some extent, like if in comment section @Reporter name is added this rule works fine.
But for my requirement it should even work if only reporter name is added without "@(which comes as a normal text).
